A WWE star made their first appearance in TNA Wrestling since 2021 at today’s TV taping in St. Joseph, MO (March 28), and immediately entered the equation for Joe Hendry’s TNA World Championship.
Since the announcement of WWE and TNA’s official multi-year partnership in January, stars have crossed between the two companies at a frequent rate.
The relationship has even seen stars challenge for championships in the opposite company, with the recent WWE Roadblock event (March 11) seeing The Hardy Boyz defend their TNA World Tag Team Titles against Nathan Frazer & Axiom, as well as Moose challenging Oba Femi for the NXT Championship.
While these two matches occurred on WWE TV, TNA has also hosted several crossover title bouts, most recently Masha Slamovich defending her Knockout’s Championship against Cora Jade at TNA Sacrifice, and again against Jacy Jayne on the March 27 episode of iMPACT.
According to spoilers from the company’s TV tapings, one top WWE NXT star is also set to challenge for a world title on TNA television, this time being Joe Hendry’s TNA World Championship.

The following is a spoiler from the March 28 TNA Wrestling TV tapings in St. Joseph, MO.
According to PWInsider, former TNA Wrestling star Ethan Page made his return to the company on iMPACT as a part of the WWE NXT-TNA partnership.
Not only did Page make his return however, but he has also reportedly found his way into the main event of the TNA Rebellion pay-per-view on April 27.
All Ego will reportedly challenge Joe Hendry for the TNA World Championship at the event in Los Angeles, competing in a three-way that is also set to feature Frankie Kazarian.
Page’s return to TNA comes four years since his last appearance in the company in January 2021.
During his four year stint in TNA, Page captured the Impact World Tag Team Championships with Josh Alexander as The North on two occasions.
While he spent three years in AEW after departing TNA, Page found greater success after he joined WWE, winning the NXT Championship less than two months after debuting in the company.
During his NXT Championship reign Page successfully defended his title against Joe Hendry at WWE No Mercy in October 2024.
We will provide more details on Page’s plans in TNA as more updates become available.
