A WWE star has commented following their championship victory on last night’s episode of SmackDown in Buffalo.
Last night’s episode of SmackDown was the first episode of the show of 2026, and the show featured a big title change to ring in the new year.
Chelsea Green defended her Women’s United States Championship against Giulia, with Giulia picking up the victory to regain the championship from Chelsea, who took the title from her back in November.
Taking to Twitter after the show, Giulia commented on becoming a two-time Women’s United States Champion, sharing a photo of herself with the title and the caption:
This is where it starts. Come see me if you want a real fight. I’ll show you. #SmackDown
Chelsea continues to reign as one half of the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions alongside NXT North American Champion Ethan Page.
Last night’s SmackDown also saw NXT’s Jordynne Grace make an appearance on the show, with her seemingly now a free agent and preparing for a call up to either Raw or SmackDown in the coming weeks.
