Future WWE plans for Omos have reportedly been revealed after he recently re-signed with the company during his absence.
WWE star Omos has not appeared on WWE television since his appearance in the 2024 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal over a year ago.
However, during his absence, Omos made a lot of headlines for his run in Pro Wrestling NOAH, which saw him compete for the promotion in January of this year, including capturing the GHC Tag Team Championship.
Omos announced at the end of January that he would be returning to WWE, but he has yet to return to WWE television since he left NOAH.
Omos recently revealed during his absence from WWE television that he had signed a new contract with the company, and WWE’s future plans for him have seemingly now been revealed.
Per WrestleVotes, WWE creative has discussed sending Omos for a run in AAA, similar to his stint in Pro Wrestling NOAH earlier this year.
The source noted that the idea is to ‘further establish’ Omos as a special attraction outside the WWE bubble.
