Over the past year, there have been a variety of different WWE stars who have moved from Raw to SmackDown or vice versa.

Whether it be in pursuit of championship gold or to settle a rivalry, the likes of Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa and Rhea Ripley have all switched brands in recent months.

With the amount of opportunity on Friday nights, there are a few Raw names who could switch brands in the coming weeks and months ahead.

Here are four WWE Raw stars to potentially jump to SmackDown.

IYO SKY

WWE's IYO SKY

IYO SKY has been no stranger to showing up on Friday Night SmackDown throughout 2026.

At the beginning of the year, SKY won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships alongside Rhea Ripley, making it possible for “The Genius of the Sky” to appear on both main roster brands.

SKY has remained one of the most popular stars in the entire WWE women’s division, but she has not been heavily featured on WWE Raw in recent months.

Looking to rediscover her spark and momentum, IYO might be better served joining the SmackDown brand sooner rather than later.

Rey Mysterio

Recent reports have indicated that WWE is considering a retirement tour for Rey Mysterio in 2027.

At 51 years old, Mysterio is one of the oldest members of the WWE roster, but he is moving better than he has in years.

Wanting to get the most out of a potential retirement run, the company could move Mysterio over to Friday Night SmackDown.

Considering he spent the majority of his time in WWE on the blue brand, it would make sense for Rey Mysterio to be back on SmackDown at some point during this final run of his legendary career.

LA Knight

At WWE Money In The Bank 2026, Roman Reigns defeated LA Knight to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.

Since then, Knight has been somewhat subdued in his behavior and not as confident as he was heading into the bout.

Knight finds himself at a crossroads now where he needs a massive change to make his way back into title contention.

Looking at the robust amount of talent in the Undisputed WWE Championship picture right now, Knight might be better served and suited to be part of the SmackDown roster right now if he plans to challenge for a world title anytime soon.

Penta

There might not be anyone who is on more of a roll than Penta at this time.

At WWE Money In The Bank 2026, Penta defeated Bron Breakker, Je’Von Evans, Trick Williams, Kevin Owens and CM Punk to win the Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match.

Following his loss to Roman Reigns in Mexico City, it is clear that the company is behind him and could see the luchador win a world title sometime soon.

Having teased a cash-in on Sami Zayn, Penta could become Undisputed WWE Champion and a future top star on Friday Night SmackDown in the very near future.
