WWE NXT star Kelani Jordan has commented on the biggest differences between her home promotion and TNA Wrestling.
Kelani Jordan is one of the NXT stars who have made prominent appearances for TNA Wrestling as part of the ongoing talent crossover.
Jordan notably won the vacant TNA Knockouts World Championship at Victory Road in September 2025, reigning with the gold for 53 days ahead of Le Ying Lee becoming the new champion that November.
Speaking on Busted Open, Kelani Jordan noted that the main difference was the variety of in-ring backgrounds those in TNA Wrestling had from wrestling in other promotions.
When asked what the biggest difference between WWE and TNA Wrestling is, Jordan responded:
“Well, one is a different locker room. I’d never wrestled any of those girls at TNA, and most of them were brought up in a different system.
“Different locker room, I would say, training. We’re all training in the Performance Center. They’re wrestling in other promotions, and there are different styles, so different upbringings.
“It’s just different. I feel like when we’re in NXT, we have the Performance Center, so we’re all being trained differently. So for example, when you go to a different promotion, it’s different styles of wrestling.”

WWE and TNA Wrestling announced a multi-year partnership in January 2025, following a number of TNA stars appearing for WWE in 2024.
Among these were Jordynne Grace and Joe Hendry, who have since officially joined WWE.
Temporary talent crossover has happened in both directions, with the likes of Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Trick Williams also holding gold in TNA while representing NXT, in the TNA International Title and TNA World Championship respectively.
With the two sides still working closely, it seems like it’s only a matter of time until another NXT or TNA star wins gold from the other company.
