There has been an update on the possibility of current WWE NXT stars entering the 2026 Royal Rumble match this weekend.
With the 2026 Royal Rumble event set to take place this Saturday, there has been a lot of speculation on who will be in the match, including surprise names from the NXT roster.
In years past, several stars from NXT, primarily on the women’s side, have entered the Royal Rumble, and it seems as though that will remain the case this year.
On tonight’s episode of NXT, NXT General Manager Ava was shown backstage on the phone to someone, with her discussing the Royal Rumble.
Ava would go on to say that the NXT women’s division is the ‘deepest in the world’, and that she would ‘support whatever decision’ was made, implying that NXT women’s stars will indeed appear in the match.
She said:
“I’m aware the Rumble is Saturday, we have the deepest women’s division in the world, so whatever decision you make, I support it”
NXT’s Thea Hail, Tatum Paxley and Lola Vice were featured on advertisements for the event in Riyadh.
BIG news for The Vanity Project. 👀@JacksonDrake03 is IN the NXT Title Ladder Match, but @bradbay1or and @smokeshow_ricky are BANNED from ringside, AND @joehendry will be in the match IF he is medically cleared! pic.twitter.com/UTTGQgqSOD
