Natalya has now praised Knight, taking to Twitter to share a post reacting to his contract news.

“Kevin is so talented. He flies into train. Has so much passion.

“And he’s really ****ing good. Brings so much to the table. (Plus a nice person!)”

Natalya notably holds training sessions for wrestlers from various promotions at her Hart Dungeon facility.

Per Fightful, NJPW sources believe that the company is interested in retaining Knight, and that negotiations will begin soon.

Knight is slated to wrestle at the January 4, 2025 Wrestle Kingdom 19 event. Advertised for the show is an IWGP Jr Heavyweight Tag Team Championship fourway bout, with Knight and KUSHIDA set to defend against Robbie Eagles & Kosei Fujita, TJP & Francesco Akira and Clark Connors & Drilla Moloney.

An AEW star has now officially been confirmed for a double title match at Wrestle Kingdom 19, which you can read more about right here.
