An absent WWE star, last seen on television back in October last year, has commented on the recent return of his tag team.

Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford were last seen on SmackDown during the October 10, 2025 episode, with a further match taking place at the October 24 Main Event taping.

Since then, the Street Profits remained absent from the WWE ring until this weekend saw their return.

Ford and Dawkins competed on three non-televised NXT Live house shows, with their first seeing a victory over Charlie Dempsey and Lexis King in Knoxville, Tennessee on January 29.

The following two nights would see the Street Profits team with Hank & Tank in victories over DarkState (Cutler James, Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin & Saquon Shugars) in Nashville, Tennessee and Birmingham, Alabama.

Dawkins has commented on his return to NXT in a recent post shared on Twitter, noting the weekend as a success, writing:

“Successful weekend at @wwenxt had fun whooping DarkState’s ass.

“Now time for @realmadrid to smoke Rayo!!! #halamadrid”

Real Madrid would indeed ‘smoke’ Rayo Vallecano in a 2-1 victory in the Spanish La Liga soccer league.

Dawkins and Ford debuted in March 2016 on NXT, although the latter would be Kenneth Crawford until the pair were reintroduced as The Street Profits in July the following year.

Former NXT Tag Team Champions, the Street Profits were drafted to the main roster in 2019 and would go on to hold the Tag Team Championships on both Raw and SmackDown.
