Former WWE star Malakai Black (Aleister Black) has been announced for his first appearacnes following his WWE release.

AEW Return Out Of The Question For Malakai Black?

Malakai Black left AEW last year prior to his return to WWE television in what had been a move speculated for many months prior.

Since Black’s departure, both AEW fans and wrestlers alike have not had favorable comments to make on his time with the company, with MJF specifically naming Black as someone who ‘wanted to use AEW to get back to WWE’ during an interview with Ariel Helwani.

AEW has already signed the Motor City Machine Guns following the expiration of their non-compete clause, with the legendary duo debuting on AEW Collision in Detroit two weeks ago.

While Black was arguably the most surprising name among the WWE stars released back in April, he may actually be the one least likely to show up in AEW, with both Brody King and Julia Hart arguably better off now than they were during the House of Black.
