WWE star Kevin Owens has addressed the possibility of facing off against a current TNA Wrestling star, amid his in-ring absence.
With the established partnership between NXT and TNA Wrestling, it has been speculated that WWE main roster stars will eventually be involved in the crossover.
Kevin Owens has now expressed interest in fighting a star currently with TNA Wrestling.
During a Fanatics Live signing, Kevin Owens was asked if he would like to fight Mance Warner.
Owens simply responded:
“Yeah, that would be lovely, actually.”
Owens is currently out of action, after announcing on the April 4 edition of SmackDown that he was dealing with a serious neck injury.
Kevin Owens recently noted that he’s waiting until mid-July to have surgery, in the hopes that his spinal cord will heal as much as it can on its own.
He noted that how extensive the surgery needs to be will depend on the condition of his spinal cord.
