TNA star Joe Hendry made a surprise WWE main roster appearance today during the company’s ongoing European tour.
With WWE’s Clash In Paris premium live event set to take place this Sunday, the company has begun it’s ongoing European tour, which started with last week’s SmackDown show in Dublin.
Last night’s WWE Raw show took place in Birmingham, England, with WWE running a live event in Manchester today as part of the tour.
During the show, The Miz cut a promo, with him issuing an open challenge, which ended up being answered by TNA star Joe Hendry, which you can see in the video below.
Hendry ended up picking up the win over Miz in the match.
Hendry has made two appearances on WWE’s main roster this year, with him being part of the Royal Rumble match back in January, as well as answering Randy Orton’s open challenge at WrestleMania 41.
Miz is currently part of the Melo Don’t Miz tag team on SmackDown, with tensions between the two beginning to emerge in recent weeks.
Hendry has been making a number of appearances on NXT television in recent weeks, most recently in a backstage segment with DarkState prior to NXT Heatwave.
