Jade Cargill, Michin & B-Fab have addressed the formation of her brand new faction on the Friday, March 20 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.
With tensions rising between WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill and her WrestleMania 42 challenger Rhea Ripley in the weeks before their clash in Las Vegas, the pair met inside the ring on SmackDown for another face-to-face.
While Cargill left the ring before things got physical, she appeared to be stuck between a rock and a hard place when B-Fab and Michin made their way down the ramp to greet the champion.
However, what appeared to be a bad situation for Jade, proved to be a master plan as instead of Michin and B-Fab attacking Cargill, they stood alongside her, leading to all three women circling the ring and surrounding “The Eradicator.”
A beatdown on Ripley ensued as Jade, B-Fab and Michin stood tall, solidifying the WWE Women’s Champion as an even greater force ahead of WrestleMania 42.
After SmackDown Cargill took to Twitter to address this new alliance, writing:
On my time, on my show. An enemy of an enemy is my friend. Chess not checkers
Michin & B-Fab Comment After WWE Heel Turn
While Cargill’s vice grip over the SmackDown women’s division has only strengthened with this new alliance, why exactly did two of Jade’s rivals do a u-turn and join forces with her?
In a Twitter post which certainly raised some eyebrows amongst fans, Michin shared a chilling quote from infamous American serial killer Aileen Wuornos in reaction to her heel turn.
She wrote:
If you can’t be a good example, at least be a horrible warning – Aileen Wuornos
In her own post on Twitter, B-Fab said her and Michin’s decision to turn heel and join Jade Cargill was a “necessary” move:
Sometimes the coldest move is the clearest one. Call it what you want I called it necessary.
Which WWE Stars Could Join Jade Cargill’s New “Baddies” Faction?
Much like Jade Cargill’s “Baddies” faction in AEW gave Kiera Hogan and Leila Grey a spotlight, this new iteration of the group could do wonders for B-Fab and Michin, who have been languishing without much direction as babyfaces on SmackDown.
While the formation of the group could see Michin and B-Fab enter the tag team division as more credible threats, we could potentially see more stars join up with Jade, either in the lead up to WrestleMania 42, at the event itself, or afterwards.
When it comes to new recruits to the group, most of the prime candidates to join are in NXT.
Nikkita Lyons is someone who has spent considerable amount of time in developmental now and could benefit from a faction to help ease her into the main roster.
Lola Vice is someone who would not struggle to establish herself on her own, but could make for an excellent choice if Cargill is looking for star to challenge for WWE’s mid card titles.
Kelani Jordan, while certainly carrying enough talent to establish herself as a solo star, could also benefit from joining the “Baddies”, continuing her heel work from NXT while also working on SmackDown alongside her real-life fiancé Carmelo Hayes.
