WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk has named the recent main roster call-ups he wants to work with in the future.
A number of notable former NXT stars have established themselves on the main roster over the past year, with the likes of Je’Von Evans, Trick Williams and Jordynne Grace officially joining Raw or SmackDown in the past few weeks.
Speaking with Complex News ahead of Royal Rumble, CM Punk stated that he wants to wrestle several of these stars, naming Trick Williams, Oba Femi and Carmelo Hayes specifically.
Punk said:
“As far as me having chemistry with them, it’s an embarrassment of riches. I’m going to run out of road before I wind up having chances to work with all these guys.
“I want to work with Carmelo (Hayes), I want to work with Trick (Williams), I want to work with Oba (Femi). In saying that too, I’m also working with somebody who has a very, very bright future.
“Bron Breakker was one of those guys in NXT that was holding it down, got called up and the sky’s the limit for him. Unfortunately he has to run into the brick wall that is the Best in the World.”

Out of these names, Hayes has been on the main roster the longest, with the current US Champion joining SmackDown in April 2024.
Williams and Femi were both recently called up, with Oba Femi making his first appearance as a main roster talent in the men’s Royal Rumble match, which was ultimately won by Roman Reigns.
