An absent WWE star is reportedly expected to make her return to TV on tomorrow night’s WWE Raw (March 30).
With just under three weeks until WrestleMania 42, WWE’s roster looks set to be bolstered by the return of Roxanne Perez, who has been absent from TV since competing in the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble Match.
Perez took to social media in February to reveal that she underwent surgery to remove a benign mass from her back, which she said had been causing her pain for several months beforehand.
According to PWInsiderElite, Perez is expected to make her return during tomorrow’s WWE Raw at Madison Square Garden, almost two months exactly from her last match.
The report notes that Perez will return to “WWE storylines” on Raw, so it’s unclear whether she will be immediately set for a return to in-ring competition or not.
Will Roxanne Perez Stick With The Judgment Day After Finn Balor Removal?
Perhaps the most intriguing element of Roxanne Perez’s return to WWE TV is the question of which side she will take in Finn Balor’s ongoing feud with The Judgment Day.
While the strength in numbers obviously lies with Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan, fans will recall that it was Finn Balor who first introduced Perez into the group a year ago.
Perez turning babyface and joining up with Balor would give the Irishman some much needed reinforcements, as he’s currently facing an uphill battle heading into a potential WrestleMania 42 match against Dominik Mysterio.
How Will Roxanne Perez Fit Into WWE’s WrestleMania 42 Plans?
If Roxanne Perez is able to return to the ring then we could potentially see her compete in her very first WrestleMania in Las Vegas on April 18-19.
While she could factor into Finn Balor’s ongoing war with The Judgment Day – perhaps teaming with Finn in a mixed tag team acth against Dominik Mysterio and Raquel Rodriguez – Perez’s plans are most likely going to see her too alongside Raquel, rather than opposed to her.
Rodriguez has had issues with IYO SKY in recent weeks, and will take on “The Genius of the Sky” on tomorrow night’s WWE Raw.
While “The Prodigy” could make her return during this match by helping Rodriguez get the win, it’s unclear if this feud is leading to some kind of WrestleMania 42 match or not, as SKY is currently without any back up of her own due to Rhea Ripley’s move to SmackDown.
Perez and Rodriguez are former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, and with teams such as Bayley & Lyra Valkyria, Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss and The Bella Twins currently circling The Irresistible Forces, perhaps they could join in the fun and participate in a big multi-team match in Las Vegas.
