TNA Wrestling star Joe Hendry has commented on the crossover tease which appeared at the end of a recent WWE show.
Following heavy speculation, Joe Hendry made a brief appearance on the June 18 NXT episode, appearing in a battle royal before getting eliminated almost instantly.
While fans were left wondering if the viral star would appear for WWE again, we seemingly got our answer in the closing moments of NXT Heatwave, with Joe Hendry’s face interrupting the closing shot of the premium live event.
Joe Hendry has now taken to Twitter to address his WWE cameo. Sharing a clip from the end of Heatwave, Hendry wrote:

Hendry also posted a GIF of himself bursting through a door, which he shared with the caption:

This all comes after Jordynne Grace’s WWE appearances at Royal Rumble and NXT Battleground, and NXT stars including Tatum Paxley and Charlie Dempsey showing up on TNA Wrestling TV.
