With tensions at a high between two WWE stars, a current champion has declared that an upcoming match is ‘the best thing’ for them.
Having recently defeated Izzi Dame to become NXT Women’s North American Champion at Vengeance Day, Tatum Paxley will step into a steel cage for the rematch on the March 17 edition of NXT.
Speaking on Busted Open, Paxley reacted to the announcement of this match on the March 10 episode, saying:
“I don’t know if you could see my face clearly when the security guards were keeping me away from her, when he said cage match, I looked at her, and I was like ‘Yes! Finally, you can’t run away from me!’
“This is the best thing for me right now. Nowhere I’d rather be, to be honest.”

When asked about her preparations for the match, Tatum Paxley responded:
“I don’t think I am going to prepare. I think I just know when I see her, and she can’t escape me, and then the Culling can’t get in, whatever my brain first thinks to do, I’m not going to think smartly, I’m sure.
“I’m not going to think too much about it, I just know when I see her, the first thing that comes to mind, I’m just going to do it. “
