A WWE star’s return to TNA Wrestling has been announced for the upcoming TNA Genesis pay-per-view event in Dallas.
After making many appearances on WWE television over the past year, it was officially reported back in November that former TNA World Champion Joe Hendry had signed with WWE.
Hendry has appeared on SmackDown in recent weeks, with him seemingly set to join the roster full-time.
However, it was announced today that Hendry would be making his return to TNA for the first time since signing with WWE full-time at the upcoming TNA Genesis pay-per-view event in Dallas next weekend.
BREAKING: As revealed by The Hardys this morning, former TNA World Champion Joe Hendry will be appearing at #TNAGenesis LIVE on PPV and TNA+ on January 17 from the Curtis Culwell Center in Dallas, Texas!
TNA is set to make it’s debut on the AMC network next Thursday after the recent announcement of a new TV deal.
Joe Hendry isn’t the only name set to move to Raw or SmackDown soon, with Trick Williams, Je’von Evans and more NXT stars expected for call ups in the coming weeks.
