A WWE star’s match for the upcoming TNA Bound For Glory 2024 event in Detroit has been officially confirmed.
This year’s Bound For Glory is set to take place on Saturday, October 26 at Wayne State University Fieldhouse in Detroit, Michigan.
Tonight’s October 17 episode of TNA Impact featured an announcement for a match at Bound For Glory featuring a current WWE NXT star.
For over a month, across both NXT and TNA, NXT’s Wendy Choo has been regularly teaming up with TNA star Rosemary.
At Bound For Glory, they will team up again as they challenge for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship against current champions Dani Luna and Jody Threat, collectively known as Spitfire.
Spitfire recently retained their title over a pair of NXT stars on TNA Impact when they defeated Carlee Bright and Kendal Grey.
The main event of TNA Bound For Glory will feature Joe Hendry, who of course had a big run in WWE NXT recently, challenging Nic Nemeth, formerly known as Dolph Ziggler, for the TNA World Championship.
On a related NXT/TNA note, Brinley Reece appeared on tonight’s episode of Impact, losing a match against Ash By Elegance, formerly Dana Brooke.
