A WWE star is potentially set to leave their faction next week after challenging their faction leader to a match.
Myles Borne shocked the world when he won an NXT Championship number one contender’s Battle Royal on NXT, earning him a shot at Oba Femi’s NXT Championship at Battleground.
While Myles came up short against Oba Femi, he impressed a lot of people with his efforts in the match, including Oba Femi himself.
On tonight’s episode of NXT, fellow No Quarter Catch Crew member Tavion Heights was in singles action, coming up short against TNA’s Mike Santana.
Later in the night, Charlie Dempsey spoke to the group, where he said that both Myles and Tavion proved they can’t cut it in singles competition, and they should refocus on being the tag team for the group.
Myles objected to Charlie, saying that he proved he belongs in singles action at Battleground despite his loss.
When Charlie said that he wouldn’t let Myles pursue his singles career, Myles challenged Charlie to a match on next week’s episode of NXT, where if he wins, he can leave the No Quarter Catch Crew.
Dempsey accepted the challenge, making it a Rounds Match.
"If I win, you let me go." 👀@mylesborne_wwe wants out of the NQCC, Charlie Dempsey won't let him, so now we have a Rounds Match NEXT WEEK and if Myles wins, he can leave! 😱#WWENXT pic.twitter.com/V4ohTU7kCd
