There has been plenty of conversation surrounding WWE heading back to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel 2026.
With the U.S. government putting a travel advisory on the country, there is plenty of concern among those within the company and fans alike about holding the next premium live event in Riyadh.
This will undoubtedly lead to various top names from the WWE roster not appearing at this huge event.
Here are five top WWE stars who will potentially miss Crown Jewel 2026.
Oba Femi
At WWE Money In The Bank 2026, Oba Femi defeated Bronson Reed in a singles bout.
Then on the October 12 episode of Monday Night Raw, Femi was confronted by Paul Heyman, looking to recruit him as his newest client.
After turning Heyman down, Femi did not appear on the October 19 WWE Raw and doesn’t seem to have a current direction on the red brand.
“The Ruler” looks like one of the WWE stars who might not be part of the Crown Jewel 2026 card in Riyadh.
Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch remains one of the biggest names on the WWE roster today.
“The Man” finds herself deep into the WWE Women’s World Championship picture, looking to get her long awaited singles bout for the title.
On the October 26 edition of Monday Night Raw, Lynch will face Stephanie Vaquer in a #1 Contender’s Match.
While she could win and capture the gold to take Liv Morgan’s place on the card, it feels unlikely Becky will be competing in the ring at WWE Crown Jewel 2026.
Stephanie Vaquer
On the other side of the #1 Contender’s Match on the October 26 Monday Night Raw, Stephanie Vaquer looks to earn her rematch for the WWE Women’s World Championship.
At WWE Money In The Bank 2026, Vaquer lost the title in a three-way to Liv Morgan.
After her second reign was short-lived, fans should expect Vaquer to remain a fixture in the title picture until further notice.
While she is the reigning Women’s Crown Jewel Champion, it doesn’t seem like Vaquer will be part of this year’s show in Saudi Arabia.
Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens has been someone in the past who has skipped the trip to Saudi Arabia in support of Sami Zayn.
Despite Zayn being allowed to travel to the country now and set to face Roman Reigns at WWE Crown Jewel 2026, it does not seem like Owens will join him there.
On Friday Night SmackDown, Owens is currently embroiled in a feud with CM Punk.
It was announced that Punk and Owens will have their rematch with one another on the November 6 SmackDown ahead of Crown Jewel, which seems to mean they will not be part of the Saudi Arabia PLE the day following.
CM Punk
Speaking of CM Punk, he is another WWE star who will seemingly not be traveling to Saudi Arabia.
While he was Undisputed WWE Champion just last month, Punk lost the gold to Sami Zayn in Mexico City.
Since then, Punk has been denied a rematch for the gold thanks to Kevin Owens, leading to their rivalry heating up.
With their scheduled bout on the November 6 SmackDown, it looks like Punk will not be heading back to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for WWE Crown Jewel 2026.
