A top WWE star has commented ahead of their first match on SmackDown in 15 months.
After suffering a serious knee injury during a SmackDown match with Asuka on December 8, 2023, Charlotte Flair returned to in-ring WWE action during the 2025 women’s Royal Rumble.
Entering at number 27 Flair last eliminated NXT’s Roxanne Perez to book her spot in a world championship match at WrestleMania 41, eventually deciding on WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton as her opponent in Las Vegas.
Despite making several appearances on SmackDown since then, Flair had yet to compete on TV since the Rumble, however, that changed following a run-in with B-Fab backstage on last Friday’s episode (March 7).
As a result of their meeting Flair vs. B-Fab was confirmed for tomorrow night’s SmackDown in Barcelona, Spain and The Queen had some choice words for her opponent ahead of her TV return.
Posting to Twitter, Flair wrote:
I love being the bad guy.
I’m about to humble these girls, one pin at a time.
Also announced for SmackDown is Randy Orton’s first match since November as he takes on Carmelo Hayes, while WWE Tag Team Champions DIY defend their titles against The Street Profits, with Pretty Deadly waiting in the wings to challenge the winners.
Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is also set to appear on Miz TV with The Miz ahead of a face-to-face with John Cena on Raw in Brussels on Monday (March 17).
