A WWE star has addressed their injury and sent out a warning to a current champion after being forced to pull out of a scheduled match on SmackDown.

After several weeks of feuding and physical altercations, the January 2 episode of WWE SmackDown was set to see a one-on-one match between WWE Women’a Champion Jade Cargill and Michin.

However, due to suffering a reported shoulder injury during a match with Jade Cargill on WWE’s Holiday Tour, Michin was pulled from SmackDown and forced to send a message to the champion via social media.

Stating that she will only be out of action “temporarily”, Michin said:

“This is for one person, and one person only. So Jade I just want to let you know that you have failed.

“I may be out, but I am out temporarily and with all the money and fame and aura, what you don’t have that I do is grit, is the love for this business.

“So Jade, enjoy your vacations and your photoshoot because while I’m getting better I’m focusing on you and nothing is going to keep me away from that ring, and nothing is going to keep me away from you.

“So enjoy, while the time lasts.”

Cargill was asked about Michin’s injury during backstage interview with Cathy Kelly on SmackDown, with the WWE Women’s Champion stating that she took her out of action “intentionally”.

Cargill was then confronted by NXT’s Jordynne Grace, who seems potentially set to join the main roster alongside already confirmed new SmackDown roster member Trick Williams.
