Two WWE stars have now reacted to Zack Sabre Jr winning this year’s G1 Climax 34 tournament in New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
ZSJ made history on Sunday (August 18), defeating Yota Tsuji in the finals of the G1 Climax tournament.
With this victory, Zack became the first British competitor to hold the G1 Climax trophy, and one of only a handful of non-Japanese winners.
WWE star Finn Balor has now taken to Twitter to share a photo of Zack Sabre Jr surrounded by confetti following his big win.
Balor captioned the post:

Bronson Reed also took to social media to react to ZSJ’s tournament victory.
Referencing his former The Mighty Don’t Kneel faction, which Zack Sabre Jr is currently a member of, Bronson wrote:

Zack Sabre Jr made an interesting announcement following his win, stating that he intends to break tradition and not take his title shot at January’s Wrestle Kingdom event.
The G1 Climax winner has instead challenged IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Tetsuya Naito to a title match at King on Pro Wrestling in October.
