A now-former WWE Raw star has announced he’s officially been moved over to the Friday Night SmackDown roster.
Tonight’s August 15 episode of SmackDown on the USA Network opened with United States Champion Solo Sikoa heading to the ring, accompanied by Tonga Loa, Talla Tonga and JC Mateo.
Sikoa bragged about how he and his group have recently taken out Jimmy Uso, Jacob Fatu, and most recently, Sami Zayn.
However, Zayn himself then headed to the ring, announcing that he has officially been moved from Raw to SmackDown, meaning he can target Sikoa’s US Title.
As Sikoa and his group started a beatdown, Jimmy Uso came out and attempted to save Zayn, but the numbers game caught up again.
Then, it was Jacob Fatu made his way out for the save.
WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis then came onto the stage, and made an announcement for the main event of tonight’s show at TD Garden in Boston.
The main event will be a six-man tag match, with Zayn, Uso and Fatu teaming up against any three of Sikoa, Loa, Tonga and Mateo.
