The next WWE main roster call-up has potentially been revealed, with a current NXT star impressing people within the company.
NXT fans have recently seen SmackDown star Ethan Page form an alliance with Chelsea Green, with the two Canadian stars notably teaming together at Heatwave to defeat Tavion Heights & Tyra Mae Steele.
Per WrestleVotes on Twitter, Green and Page have impressed many with their act on NXT, and “several within WWE” want to have this pairing appear on SmackDown.
WrestleVotes wrote:
Hearing several within WWE would like to see the current pairing of Chelsea Green & NXT North American Champion Ethan Page appear on SmackDown in the near future, as their chemistry on NXT TV has impressed many.
Additionally, some believe this newly minted Canadian faction would quickly establish Page as a key player.
While Page has made several appearances for SmackDown in the past, if his and Chelsea Green’s act was to be officially moved to the blue brand, this would mark his official main roster call-up.
As of writing, the official WWE roster page lists Chelsea Green as a SmackDown star, and Ethan Page as an NXT star.
Page currently holds the NXT North American Championship, which he has since re-designed with the Canadian flag.
