WWE star Nattie (previously Natalya) has stated that she is really proud of B-Fab after footage was shared from a training session.

With Nattie running The Dungeon training facility, it isn’t unusual for fellow WWE stars to step into the ring alongside names from the independent scene.

Such was the case in footage recently shared to Twitter, showing B-Fab running through a sequence with independent wrestler Kai Price, himself training at The Dungeon.

With a fan of B-Fab’s work noting that the WWE star is a great wrestler, Nattie would share her praise in a response to the short training video, tweeting:

“B-Fab consistently working on staying ready. Really proud of her.”

Currently aligned with Jade Cargill, B-Fab teamed with Michin in a losing effort against RHIYO (Rhea Ripley & IYO SKY)  on the April 6 episode of WWE Raw, following attack that took place on the previous episode of SmackDown.

Paying In Sweat, The Cost Of The Dungeon

The 1982 television series Fame seeings the dance instructor Lydia Grant state “You want fame? Well, fame costs. And right here is where you start paying… in sweat.”

Sweat, it seems, is what Nattie wants from those who step into The Dungeon, with it being revealed that she doesn’t charge those training at the facility.

It isn’t just WWE stars that step into the ring at The Dungeon, with stars from AEW and the independent wrestling scene just as likely to be among those to train under Natalya and TJ Wilson. Jacob Fatu would also recently comment that there is no “superstar treatment” when it comes to training there.

There can be little doubt that the hard work mindset comes from Natalya and Wilson’s history as products of Stu Hart’s legendary Dungeon, from which the current facility takes its name. A renowned technician, Hart’s intensity as a trainer is something that has gone down in legend, with Natalya being the only female wrestler to train at and graduate from the original Dungeon.

Even veteran stars have commented on the role that The Dungeon has played in their development, with Liv Morgan stating that she has been “noticing improvements” since training with Natalya and Wilson. The experience in question isn’t a one-off, either, with the Women’s World Champion noting that she attends every week and spends three hours training.

The aforementioned reports, and other comments shared on social media, strongly indicate that time in The Dungeon isn’t an easy ride, with stars from across the wrestling landscape (domestic and international) travelling to train with two veterans of the ring.

They may not be handing over money for the experience, but they certainly are paying in sweat.
