A Hall of Famer has stated that he believes he had a better career with TNA Wrestling than he had with WWE.

While speaking on Mic Check with Mr Anderson about the ongoing WWE and TNA Wrestling partnership, Kurt Angle predicted that WWE will eventually buy TNA Wrestling’s video library.

Angle had positive thoughts about this potentially happening, believing that younger WWE fans would then be able to watch his TNA matches for the first time.

Believing his TNA Wrestling career was better than his WWE career, Angle said:

“I’m going to tell you right now, I had a much better career at TNA than I did WWE, and I was there a lot longer, too.

“Most of my career was in TNA and a lot of WWE fans didn’t see me. Now I have the opportunity of having the fans being allowed to see me compete in TNA and perform.

“I know it’s going to happen eventually, I just never thought it would in a million years. Now that they have partnered and they’re both invested in each other, I think eventually they’re going to buy the library.”

Angle made his TNA Wrestling debut in October 2006, following his WWE exit that August.

His final match for the promotion saw him lose to Bobby Lashley in January 2016, ahead of his return to WWE for his final stint with the company in 2017.
