What Happened During First Brock Lesnar WWE Raw Appearance Since Oba Femi Attack

Tonight’s WWE Raw saw Brock Lesnar make his first appearance since getting laid out by Oba Femi on last week’s show.

The Fall From Grace from Femi to Lesnar seven days ago did massive numbers on social media and confirmed their match for WrestleMania 42.

Tonight’s Raw opened with Lesnar and Paul Heyman making their way to the ring to address the situation.

The gist of what Heyman said was that Oba Femi is being incredibly overhyped by WWE, and is just another example of the alleged ‘person to finally beat Brock Lesnar’ which are always unsuccessful.

He specifically named those who failed to take down Lesnar as Goldberg, Braun Strowman, Dean Ambrose, Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles and most recently John Cena.

Heyman also pointed out that last week, Lesnar had just taken out Rollins’ masked crew and was then distracted by Rollins himself before Femi took advantage.

Oba Femi Overpowers Brock Lesnar Again

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman were then interrupted by Oba Femi himself who headed out to join them in the ring once again tonight.

Lesnar attempted an F-5 to Femi, but Femi got out of it and clotheslined him over the top rope.

Michael Cole pointed out on commentary that, this time, there were no excuses or distractions for Lesnar this week – Femi just got the better of him.

Cole also referred to Lesnar as possibly being in the rare position of the “underdog” going into their WrestleMania match.

Brock Lesnar The ‘Underdog’ At WrestleMania

Brock Lesnar’s last WrestleMania match came at Mania 39 in 2023, where he faced Omos.

That was a similar situation where Lesnar was the ‘underdog’ coming up against the 7’3″ Nigerian giant.

Lesnar picked up the win in that match, which lasted just under five minutes.
