A top WWE star has seemingly been teased for this Sunday’s TNA Slammiversary pay-per-view event by president Carlos Silva.
TNA is set to host it’s Slammiversary pay-per-view event this Sunday, with a number of big matches set for the show featuring stars from TNA and WWE NXT.
NXT star and current TNA Champion Trick Williams will defend his title against both Mike Santana and Joe Hendry in the show’s main event, as well as TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich facing NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne in a winner take all title vs. title match.
However, TNA president Carlos Silva has now announced that more seats have opened up for the show, while also using some interesting wording.
Carlos specified that the show was going to be ‘phenomenal’, which many have taken as a tease that AJ Styles could show up at the event.
He wrote:
We’re moving the stage back to accommodate more fans. This event will be TNA’s greatest achievement and trust me it’s going to be PHENOMENAL. #Slammiversary #TNA@ThisIsTNA
This wouldn’t be the first time AJ made an appearance at Slammiversary while working for WWE, as he appeared in a video back in 2022 to celebrate 20 years of the promotion.
