A TNA Wrestling star has shared a passionate message ahead of his upcoming championship match on WWE TV, stating that he’s ready to fight.

With Trick Williams winning the TNA World Championship from Joe Hendry at Battleground, the WWE star will defend his gold for the first time on the June 3 NXT episode.

Williams will put the gold on the line against TNA Wrestling’s Mike Santana, who won his WWE in-ring debut match against Tavion Heights on the May 27 show.

Ahead of Tuesday’s episode, Santana has taken to Twitter to note that he will be fighting for his daughter, above anyone else.

Looking to bring the title home to TNA Wrestling, Santana wrote:

“Today is the day. I have worked my entire life for these moments and I will prove that I am who I say I am.

FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION. NEVER HAS BEEN. NEVER WILL BE.

Tonight I fight for myself. I fight for TNA WRESTLING. I fight for my city and culture. But most of all, I fight for my little girl who will be watching her papi at home, live his dreams. And know that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

TONIGHT. WE FIGHT.”

The winner of tonight’s title bout will defend the gold against Elijah – who wrestled in WWE as Elias – at TNA Against All Odds on June 6.
