A current TNA Wrestling star has teased a potential match against a current champion in WWE, with the champion responding to their challenge.
The crossover between WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling has been in full swing over the past few months, with various TNA wrestlers appearing on NXT television, and vice versa.
On last night’s NXT Great American Bash event, Joe Hendry and the Rascalz appeared on the show, with both set for a match on next week’s night two of the Great American Bash.
Last night’s show was headlined by an NXT Women’s Championship match, where Roxanne Perez retained her title against Thea Hail.
Following the show, the NXT Twitter account posed the question of if there is anyone that can stop Roxanne during her title run.
This prompted a response from TNA star Gisele Shaw, who simply wrote:
Hi @roxanne_wwe 👋🏻
This challenged reached Perez, who responded to Gisele’s challenge, simply replying:
Oh hey 😈
Roxanne called out incoming WWE signings Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia following her defence on last night’s show, which you can see here.
Oh hey 😈
