A TNA Wrestling star has teased potentially joining a WWE faction following her return to the company’s programming on last night’s NXT.
The September 23 episode of NXT played host to a full scale TNA invasion, as stars such as Matt Cardona, Moose, Eric Young, The IInspiration and Mike Santana infiltrated the ring during the show’s main event between Oba Femi and Trick Williams.
One of the former WWE names to show was Steph De Lander, appearing on NXT for the first time since being released by WWE in 2022.
The former Persia Pirotta appeared alongside fiancé and fellow TNA star Mance Warner, first in a backstage segment where they could be seen watching NXT North American Champion Ethan Page.
This drew a response from WWE’s Chelsea Green on social media, who has been an ally of Page on NXT recently.
Taking to Twitter, Green wrote:
Ok I will not be choosing side here…
De Lander, who was long partnered with Green’s husband Matt Cardona on the independent scene and in TNA, then enquired about Green’s vacancy in The Secret Hervice, something the former Women’s United States Champion has advertised publicly on social media lately.
De Lander wrote:
Are you still hiring for the new position?
The Australian star is not the only star to tease joining up with The Secret Hervice, as NXT’s Arianna Grace also made her own pitch after reading Green’s hiring requirements.
