The most notable as far as fans are concerned was Gail Kim, with others including Ariel Shnerner, Rob Kligman, Michael Shewchenko, Karen Clevett, Sebastian Dastranj, Romy Glazer and Rafael Morffi.

The decision to let these names go, particularly Gail Kim, was met with criticism from fans and talent from around the wrestling world.

In a statement to PWInsider, Silva further explained the decision, stating:

“Today, we announced a restructuring, resulting in staffing changes at TNA Wrestling.

“We are grateful for those who worked here and thank them for their years of dedication to the company.

“Finally, we want our fans to know that we are committed to producing the absolute best product and highest-quality content that we can, and we appreciate their continued support.”

Fightful Select reports that Hunter Johnston (Delirious), will be the new head of TNA’s creative team.
