Former Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns believes one particular celebrity “would be great” if he were to become a WWE Superstar.
Reigns appeared as a guest on The Tonight Show today ahead of his WrestleMania 42 match against CM Punk next month.
During the show, Reigns also discussed his gig in the upcoming Street Fighter movie which also features Cody Rhodes.
Host Jimmy Fallon asked Reigns about another member of the cast in the movie – Jason Momoa – and whether Momoa would “make a good WWE Superstar.”
Reigns replied:
“I think he would be great to be honest. He’s got obviously all the tools physically. He has a great charisma about him if you’ve been around him, and he’s eccentric, he’s a little bit different.
“So I think he would fit in good with us, for sure.”

Roman Reigns Fires Shots At CM Punk
During the interview, Reigns also had a message for his WrestleMania opponent CM Punk, saying:
“Phil, most likely you’re asleep right now. As you should be – you should be resting up, because you need it.
“And you’re probably a little confused at your old age, you’re probably wondering, ‘Why is Roman there, and I’m here at home?’
“That’s because I’m a way bigger star than you.”

Are Celebrities Good For WWE?
WWE has had a lot more celebrity involvement over the past few years in an in-ring capacity, with the likes of Logan Paul, Bad Bunny and Jelly Roll having a few outings – or in Paul’s case, joining the roster full-time.
IShowSpeed has also shown an aptitude for pro-wrestling during his appearances thus far and when he trained at the WWE Performance Center for his Speed Goes Pro series.
Those are the success stories, but there are also times it doesn’t work out, like the disastrous Travis Scott run last year.
WWE does need to be careful not to overdo it to the point that entire PLE cards are made up of celebrity matches, but the few examples that have worked so far have shown it’s been a successful formula up to this point.
