A recently released WWE star has officially signed with TNA Wrestling after returning on tonight’s episode of Impact (July 24).
On May 2, 2025 WWE released over a dozen names from both the main roster and NXT, with Jakara Jackson being among those let go.
The former Meta-Four star wasted little time getting back to work following her WWE exit however, rebranding herself as Mara Sadè and going on to make several independent appearances in the last month.
Sadè’s post-WWE journey took an unexpected turn on tonight’s episode of Impact, when she showed up back on TNA television as the mystery tag team partner to fellow former WWE stars The IInspiration (Cassie Lee & Jessica McKay) against The Elegance Brand (Ash By Elegance, Heather By Elegance & M By Elegance).
Sadè’s team picked up the win in the match, making it a successful return to TNA for the former NXT star, who was last seen on the company’s programming in April at TNA Rebellion.
In what also happened to be her last match as a WWE contracted star, Sadè and Lash Legend competed in TNA Knockout’s Tag Title four-way at the April event, but were unsuccessful in their attempt to win the gold.
Sadè may find herself with more opportunities at TNA gold in the future however, as following her in-ring appearance on Impact, TNA officially announced that the former WWE star has signed with the company.
Commenting on her signing in TNA’s official press release, Sadè revealed her title ambitions in TNA:
“I am highly goal-oriented and will run over anyone to achieve my goals, and that is: GOAL’D
“Anything I touch turns to GOAL’D and I will accomplish anything and everything I want in TNA … because I check all the boxes.”
