A WWE star suffered an injury during his match on tonight’s January 23 episode of Raw in Atlanta, Georgia.
Raw tonight played host to the final men’s Elimination Chamber match qualifier between Bronson Reed, Jey Uso and The Original El Grande Americano.
During the match, Reed was taken out with an apparent arm injury and remained ringside with the doctor for the entirety of the rest of the match, effectively turning it into a singles match between Uso and Americano.
Reed seemingly got injured as he was breaking up a pin attempt and it looked as though his arm got caught as he was flying in to force Americano off the pinfall.
It was Uso who eventually went on to win, joining Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, Trick Williams, LA Knight and Je’Von Evans in the Chamber match, with the winner going on to challenge Drew McIntyre for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 42.
WrestleVotes reported immediately after the match that Reed was planned to win his match tonight, so Uso winning instead was an impromptu change due to Reed’s injury.
Reed is now the third member of The Vision to have been taken out with an injury in recent months forcing a big change to plans after Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker.
