Two NXT stars are set for a big match on tomorrow night’s episode of WWE SmackDown after a previous backstage encounter.
WWE SmackDown GM Nick Aldis took to Twitter to share a video revealing what is set for tomorrow night’s October 11 episode of the show.
After a run-in backstage at this week’s episode of WWE NXT, Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend are set for a title match on SmackDown.
The pair approached WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill backstage at NXT after they’d teamed with Kelani Jordan to pick up a victory over Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx) with a challenge.
While the champs were not at all hesitant to offer a match to the Meta-Four duo, it has now been made official by Aldis.

The show will also feature a United States Championship match with LA Knight set to defend against Carmelo Hayes.
Also announced – an appearance from Roman Reigns.
While not announced by Aldis, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes had alluded to addressing the parking lot altercation captured on video by fans after Bad Blood 2024, which saw him attacked by Kevin Owens.
