An update has seemingly emerged regarding a new WWE faction potentially making their debut on television soon.
After being absent from WWE NXT TV for 11 months, Nikkita Lyons made a return a couple of weeks ago in a match against Jaida Parker.
Throughout most of the time she’d been absent from NXT, Lyons had been appearing regularly on Evolve in addition to working NXT live events.
At the live events in particular, which are usually a place to try things out before debuting them on TV, Lyons has formed a faction named ROAR Records, with ROAR standing for Real Ones Always Rise.
The group is made up of Lyons, Layla Diggs and Masyn Holiday, and they also teamed with Chantel Monroe this past weekend in a win against Karmen Petrovic, Tyra Mae Steele and Skylar Raye.
There have been some changes to NXT recently, both to the roster and on-screen management personnel, as General Manager Ava left WWE, with Robert Stone being named the new Interim GM this past week.
After this past weekend’s live event, responding to a fan hoping to see ROAR Records on NXT TV soon, Stone seemed open to the idea.
He replied:
Believe me. I am keeping an eye on all talent. Stay tuned!
Nikkita Lyons has been with WWE since the summer of 2021, and was originally positioned as one of the faces of the women’s division in the early days of the NXT 2.0 rebrand, but some injury issues derailed her momentum.
