A new match has been announced for tonight’s episode of WWE NXT as Drake Maverick will take on LA Knight.
Knight will also have his butler Cameron Grimes in his corner. Considering how their employee/employer relationship began last week, one should believe they won’t be on the same page. Here is the official preview of the match from WWE.com:
“Butler Cameron Grimes reporting for duty!
After a cleaning mishap by Grimes last week sent a fully-clothed LA Knight careening into his own swimming pool, the Million Dollar Champion looks to get back to business tonight on NXT when he goes one-on-one with Drake Maverick.
Will having a butler in his corner prove to work out for Knight, or will Maverick manage to score the upset?”
Drake Maverick doesn’t currently have much going on in NXT. His tag partner Killian Dain was recently released and Maverick has not competed on NXT since.
