An update has emerged on WWE discussions surrounding AAA’s Mr Iguana following Worlds Collide.
Mr Iguana was in action on the June 7 show, teaming with Octagon Jr and Aerostar against Dragon Lee, Cruz Del Toro and Lince Dorado.
The AAA star made a great first impression with WWE fans, with there being some social media buzz surrounding the sports involving Mr Iguana’s iguana.
Following this appearance, WWE is already discussing ways they can capitalize on this buzz.
Per PWInsider, there has reportedly been talk within WWE about how to merchandise Mr Iguana, following his appearance at Worlds Collide.
Triple H referenced Mr Iguana during the Money in the Bank post-show press conference, noting:
“I never realised Iguanas were so much fun”
Mr Iguana’s team were ultimately victorious, with Octagon Jr hitting an avalanche moonsault fallaway slam on Lince Dorado.
The main event of WWE Worlds Collide saw El Hijo Del Vikingo defend his AAA Mega Championship against Chad Gable.
