A former WWE star has officially re-signed with TNA Wrestling ahead of the debut episode of IMPACT on the AMC Network.
TNA IMPACT will make it’s debut on the AMC Network this Thursday, when Thursday Night IMPACT airs on the network.
The show will feature a TNA World Championship match, with Frankie Kazarian defending the title against Mike Santana, as well as an appearance from WWE’s AJ Styles.
Ahead of the debut, a number of TNA contracts have been expiring, including the contracts of Killer Kelly and Jake Something, who have both left the company, with Something (now under the name Jake Doyle) signing with AEW.
However, one name that will be sticking around in TNA is Cedric Alexander, as Fightful Select (subscription required) reported today that Cedric had re-signed with TNA.
Cedric joined TNA back in June 2025 following his release from WWE in February of that year, with his contract initially reported to have been expiring in October of last year, though he continued to wrestle for the company following that date.
Cedric will challenge for the X-Division Championship in a three-way at TNA Genesis, facing off with Moose and either Leon Slater or Myron Reed.
