In December, Ali announced that he was going on his World Tour Campaign, which would see him wrestle for promotions around the world.

Ali has hit the ground running with his post-WWE run, reestablishing himself on the independent scene and announcing his debuts for TNA and New Japan Pro Wrestling.

On January 30, Mustafa Ali took to social media to note that every show he has been on has sold out and pointed to a successful beginning of his campaign. Mentioning his “strategic alliances” with TNA and NJPW, Ali wrote:

in one month: every single show consecutively sold out, record breaking attendance for promotions, strategic alliances with TNA and NJPW, and most importantly, giving you a reason to believe that IN ALI WE TRUST. @nathersonn
