A former WWE Champion made their in-ring return after last night’s Friday Night SmackDown in Brooklyn, NY.
Ahead of his first televised match in almost four months at WWE Crown Jewel, Seth Rollins returned to the ring after SmackDown went off the air last night.
Competing against ‘Dirty’ Dominik Mysterio, the match was The Visionary’s first since his World Heavyweight Championship match with Damian Priest at Money in the Bank on July 6.
Footage of the bout can be seen below this news story, with Rollins picking up the win over Mysterio via a Curb Stomp.
After Bronson Reed’s shocking attack on Rollins back in August, the two will finally face off at next Saturday’s Crown Jewel Premium Live Event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The match will be Reed’s first-ever singles match on a WWE main roster PLE, as well as the first time he and Rollins have competed one-on-one.
