A six-man tag team match with IShowSpeed, Logan Paul and Austin Theory facing LA Knight and The Usos is planned for WWE WrestleMania 42.
Last night’s WWE Raw saw Paul and Theory win the World Tag Team Championship from the Usos after Speed and Knight got into an incident at ringside.
Speed ended up with Paul’s brass knuckles and – seemingly accidentally – struck Knight with them, before Paul and Theory went on to defeat Jimmy and Jey Uso.
Now, with Speed reluctantly aligned with Paul and Theory, the six-man tag team bout looks to be set.
According to the Wrestling Observer, the three-on-three match is currently planned and listed internally for WrestleMania 42.
The report does note that if Speed “isn’t ready” for the match, WWE has the option to have him in a managerial role at ringside instead.
While he has made a few appearances in WWE over the past couple of years, Speed’s only official match was the couple of minutes he spent in the 2025 Royal Rumble, where he was speared by Bron Breakker.
He did train at the Performance Center and work a match against NXT’s Kam Hendrix that aired on his Speed Goes Pro YouTube series a few months ago as well.
Bron Breakker Cleared For WWE Return
In another note regarding plans for WrestleMania, the Observer report stated that Bron Breakker is cleared for a return after his recent hernia surgery.
While the expectation if Breakker was cleared was for him to fade Seth Rollins at Mania, WWE decided to hold off on that match so it doesn’t have a rushed build on TV.
That’s why Rollins is facing GUNTHER instead, which had been planned since GUNTHER found himself without his own planned opponent Rey Mysterio due to injury.
