Ahead of the July 19 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, WWE star Chelsea Green has been facing travel issues due to a global IT issue.
The July 19 WWE SmackDown will take place from Omaha, Nebraska, but it looks like there might be changes.
Before tonight’s show, Fightful Select (subscription required) reported a global IT issue has affected flights and planes for various wrestling promotions.
Chelsea Green took to social media to reveal that she was facing delays heading out of the Atlanta airport. She wrote:
After 8+ hours at the Atlanta airport, I am FINALLY on my way to #SmackDown
See you soon @RealNickAldis… not even a national ground delay will keep me from paying you a visit!!!!! @WWE
Despite Green dealing with travel issues, she is still listed on early copies of the SmackDown rundown before tonight’s episode.
GCW announced that there were changes made to their weekend shows due to the travel issues, while TNA talent are also facing delays and were hopeful that the card will still happen as is ahead of Slammiversary.
