Spoilers have emerged for a WWE NXT star’s first championship defense of a TNA title since Slammiversary on July 20.
At the recent pay-per-view, Jacy Jayne faced Masha Slamovich in a Winner Takes All match for the NXT Women’s Championship and Knockouts World Championship.
Jacy Jayne would defeat her opponent to become a double-champion and the first to hold a title in each company simultaneously.
With the recent live episode of TNA iMPACT!, matches for the upcoming episode and Xplosion were also recorded.
One of the matches to be pre-taped was Jayne’s first TNA Knockouts Championship defense in a line-up that also featured fellow NXT star Trick Williams.

Spoilers for the July 31 episode of TNA iMPACT on July 31 and Xplosion can be found below, courtesy of F4W Online.
The tapings took place at the Ryan Center in Kingston, Rhode Island.
Xia Brookside & Lei Ying Lee defeated an (at the time of writing) unknown opponent.
Indi Hartwell & Dani Luna beat Jody Threat & Arianna Grace.
The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Myron Reed) defeated Nic & Ryan Nemeth.
Post-match, the Nemeths cut a promo in which Nic invoked their Tag Team Championship rematch clause.
He called for the rematch to take place at TNA Emergence on August 15 in Baltimore, Maryland.
Nemeth would continue on the mic, making fun of Rhode Island’s lack of a sports team (and apparently ugly children).
Home Town Man came out to demand an apology, only to be laid out by Nemeth and unmasked.
Security covered up the hero, with The Rascalz coming back to run off The Nemeths.
Jacy Jayne lost to Masha Slamovich by DQ when Ash by Elegance appeared and atttacked the challenger with the Knockouts Tag Team Championship.
The match was described as “disappointing” due to its short length that didn’t give either competitor time to build a better bout.
X Division Champion Leon Slater defeated Cedric Alexander and Jason Hotch in his first championship defense.
The System (Moose & Eddie Edwards) defeated AJ Francis & TNA World Champion Trick Williams.
Moose, who lost the X Division Championship to Slater at Slammiversary and had been talking about taking a “step back“, pinned Williams with a Spear after KC Navarro accidentally hit him with his crutch.
The TNA Wrestling tapings continue in Kingston, Rhode Island on Friday, July 25.
