A WWE star has made a promise on the anniversary of his in-ring debut with the company.
On the January 13, 2025 episode of WWE Raw, Penta made his debut with the company after weeks of teases and months of speculation following his exit from AEW.
Since defeating Chad Gable in his first match, Penta has gone on to become one of Raw’s most popular and featured stars, but he has yet to capture championship gold, despite several attempts to win the Intercontinental Championship specifically throughout 2025.
In a video posted by WWE Español on Twitter, Penta made a promise that he will finally do what he couldn’t in his first year in WWE and win a championship.
Penta said:
“It’s been one year since I arrived in WWE, I know I haven’t achieved the best results but I keep fighting every single day, because this I promise all of you.
“I don’t know when, I don’t know how, but there’s one thing I can promise: Penta will be champion in WWE.
“No matter what. No matter who I have to beat. No matter how many times I have to lose. Penta will be champion. “And you know why? Because I am Penta El Cero Miedo.”

Penta was in action on last night’s WWE Raw in Dusseldorf, Germany, teaming with Dragon Lee to take on The Vision’s Austin Theory and Bronson Reed.
The match was called off abruptly however, when Bron Breakker hit the ring and Speared both Lee and Penta, with Penta also suffering a Tsunami from Reed.
