A WWE star is said to have been injured, with their tag team partner announcing that their team has now broken up.
For well over a year, teases of a breakup between Grayson Waller and Austin Theory have been taking place on SmackDown and later Raw.
Theory has recently been getting positive reactions from the WWE crowds for his appearances on Main Event prior to Raw, with Grayson Waller also appearing alongside the New Day in backstage segments.
The split between the two seemed to finally be imminent, but an untimely injury has seemingly sped up the process.
On tonight’s WWE Raw show, Grayson Waller told Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods that Austin Theory has been injured, with the details of his injury not being made public.
Waller also noted that ‘A-Town Down Under is over’, before pitching his services to join the New Day.
