Sami Zayn has commented ahead of challenging for the Undisputed WWE Championship at Royal Rumble 2026.
The January 31 pay-per-view will see Drew McIntyre defend his WWE Title for the first time since winning the gold on January 9.
Sami Zayn is set to challenge for the gold, after defeating Damian Priest, Randy Orton and Trick Williams at the January 24 Saturday Night’s Main Event special.
WWE has now shared a video of Sami Zayn following his #1 contender’s match victory.
Noting that he is done chasing, Zayn said:
“Momentum is a hard thing to get in this company. I’ve been at this grind for over 20 years.
“I’m done chasing! Now I’m doing it! Saudi Arabia, at the Royal Rumble, it’s over! It’s happening now!”
