There was a major title change with WrestleMania 41 implications during tonight’s March 3 episode of WWE Raw in Buffalo, New York.

The main event of tonight’s show saw IYO SKY challenge Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship.

With Bianca Belair having won the women’s Elimination Chamber match two nights ago, this match would essentially determine who Belair would be challenging for the title at WrestleMania 41.

Belair was at ringside to watch the match, and ended up getting involved towards the end.

With SKY down at ringside, Belair was cheering her on to get back in the ring so she didn’t get counted out, which Ripley didn’t appreciate.

Ripley then got out of the ring to confront Belair, with the two of them getting into a heated shoving match on the outside.

Ripley being distracted for all that time allowed SKY to recover, as she countered an avalanche Riptide and landed the Over The Moonsault to score the win and pick up the Women’s World Championship.

In theory, SKY is now set to defend the title against Belair at WrestleMania, but given the lay of the land and how the finish happened, it could very well end up being a three-way with Ripley involved.

There were two other title matches during Raw tonight, with the first of those seeing Lyra Valkyria retain the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Ivy Nile.

Also, the War Raiders retained the World Tag Team Championship against Brutus & Julius Creed.
